1. Follow the link below.
2. Scroll down to green box that says ‘apply for acceptance document’ and click it.
3. Click the link to ‘register here’ for a new account.
4. Fill out the whole form for your new account and press ‘submit’.
5. Login under the account you just created.
6. Once logged in, click ‘onsite wastewater treatment system applications’.
7. Click ‘transfer of title’.
8. Click ‘acceptance document application for property sale’.
9. Read all the information, and fill out the form with any required information, and an email address.
10. You will NOT need to upload any photos or documents related to the inspection, or answer any questions related to your system. We have already submitted your report.
11. If you need to find your parcel number and property permit, go to
https://www.larimer.gov/assessor/search#/property/ - and enter your address.
12. Once the form has been filled out, submit it and pay the fee. ($105)
13. You will be contacted by the County via email regarding the status of your acceptance document. It typically takes 1-2 business days for their communication.
