Larimer County inspection instructions
1. Follow the Link Below
2. Scroll down and click the green box that says "Apply for an Acceptance Document"
Under the drop down "Applying for an Acceptance Document" menu
3. Click the link to "Register here" for a new account
4. Fill out the whole form for your new account and press "Submit"
5. Login under the account you have just created.
6. Once logged in, click "Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Application"
7. Click "Transfer of Title"
8. Click "Acceptance Document Application for Property Sale"
9. Read all the instructions, and fill out the form with any required information
10. You will NOT need to upload any photos or documents related to the inspection
We have already submitted your report.
11. If you need to find your parcel number and property permit:
Go to https://www.larimer.gov/assessor/search#/property and enter your address.
12. Once the form has been filled out, submit it and pay the fee ($120)
13. You will be contacted by the county via email regarding the status of your acceptance document.
It typically takes 1-2 business days for their communication. The county will determine if any repairs or upgrades are necessary.
