Larimer County Title Transfer Inspections
We have three NAWT licensed inspectors on staff. Cost of an inspection starts at $475.00 per system. Pricing may be higher due to travel time, difficult access, or road conditions. Please be sure to schedule inspections well in advance of property transfer contract deadlines. We are experiencing very high call volume, and need 4-5 business days' notice for scheduling.
Once we have completed the inspection, we can also provide tank pumping services, and install risers if needed. All items must be paid for at the time of service by the individual who has ordered them.
Our technicians will upload the inspection report to the Larimer County Portal. We will also email a copy of the report to the individual who has ordered the inspection. To ensure efficiency, please be sure to provide the technician with a correct, legible email address. REPORTS WILL NOT BE UPLOADED TO THE COUNTY OR EMAILED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Please provide payment at time of service. Checks are the preferred method of payment to avoid additional fees and report delays. We do accept credit card payments (4% convenience fee) or ACH payments (1% convenience fee).
Please understand that due to the high volume of inspections, it will take 4-5 days for all paperwork to be processed.
Once all steps are completed, an acceptance document request can be submitted to the County. There is an $105 fee. https://www.larimer.gov/health/environmental-health/septic-systems/septic-systems-owts/transfer-title Per the Larimer County website, " An Acceptance Document is valid until the date of closing or for a period of 12 months, whichever comes first."

General onsite wastewater treatment system information can be provided by the cleaner during pumping services, however these are not considered official NAWT inspections.
